We provide customised Product Schedules to reflect each customer’s product and usage needs.
In consultation with our customers, we establish re-order levels considering standard seasonal fluctuations utilizing historical and forecasting data. Specific stock information can be provided to ensure continuity of supply and understanding of stock levels.
Our transport fleet is a dedicated steel sheet and coil carrier. We maintain 100% delivery in full and on time for agreed stock items. We also provide next working day delivery of agreed stock items and 48 hour in-house processing turn-around on urgent items.
We set a mutually agreed visitation schedule with our customers to address any issues and facilitate information exchange. We also provide guidance on possible supply innovations and improvements.
We are fully supported with quality product backed by technical and engineering expertise from our suppliers. Our steel sheet and coil products are sourced from reputable manufacturers and suppliers.
Customer’s Part Identification Numbers can be used on shipping and sales documentation for easy receipting and stock control.
We adhere to Australian industry standards, including size, quantity and grade of steel sheet and coil products. We have the processes and systems that allow for full traceability of product as required.
